Why are there two answers sometimes?
When relative age can't be known, both terms are shown, e.g. a paternal cousin can be 堂哥 (older) or 堂弟 (younger).
What's the difference between 堂 and 表 cousins?
堂 cousins are children of your father's brothers and share your surname; 表 cousins come from your father's sisters or your mother's siblings.
